500 e-buses operational in 23 cities via PM-eBus Sewa Scheme
The Centre’s PM-eBus Sewa Scheme reports more than 500 electric buses operational across 23 cities, with daily ridership crossing 1 lakh. The scheme is implemented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and supports city bus operations under a PPP model.
